All Sales Are Final

Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection.
Personal preference.
Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish.
Slight measurement differences within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Refusal to accept delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, size charts, and ordering information before completing their purchase.

Size Disclaimer

Each product includes a size guide intended to assist customers in selecting the correct size.

Because sizing standards may vary between manufacturers and individual body shapes, Madam Nuit cannot guarantee a perfect fit.

Choosing the correct size is solely the customer's responsibility.

Manufacturing Variations

Minor differences between product photographs and the delivered item may occur due to:

Screen brightness and color calibration.
Lighting conditions.
Manufacturing tolerances.
Material characteristics.
Product updates that do not materially affect functionality or appearance.

These variations are considered normal and shall not be regarded as defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit,
Incorrect,
Or contains a significant manufacturing defect,

you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@madamnuit.com.

Your request must include:

Order number.
Full description of the issue.
Clear photographs of:
- the product,
- the packaging,
- the shipping label,
- and the alleged defect.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the rejection of your claim.

Inspection Process

All claims are individually reviewed.

Madam Nuit reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement product.
Store credit.
Refund where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after payment.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a package, provides an incorrect shipping address, or refuses to pay any applicable customs duties or import charges, any resulting return shipping fees, storage charges, customs fees, or carrier costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Madam Nuit before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other relevant evidence.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to the customer's place of residence.
